For over a century, Thrivent has been helping clients use their finances to spread generosity in their communities.
They’re a different kind of financial services company, but they were struggling with an awareness problem.

To help spread the word about what sets them apart, we created this “Follow Your Heart” content series
to showcase real stories of Thrivent clients making a real difference with their finances.







For this campaign, we conducted over 40 intake interviews, traveled to over 10 cities, and produced 14 different clients’ stories.


As a result, Thrivent has grown to over 394k followers on Meta and 37k followers on Instagram.
